Homeowners Association (HOA) board members carry the important responsibility of educating residents and upholding community standards. To support this role, ARC offers a dedicated HOA Community Group Meeting. This service combines elements of our core residential consultation with a segment tailored specifically for HOA needs. We reinforce your community’s specific property guidelines with meeting attendees, while also providing practical tips to help residents meet those requirements with confidence.

ARC will also provide each household with an ABC’s of Contracting Handbook, a convenient quick-reference guide covering many of the topics discussed during the meeting. In addition, community members will have the opportunity to schedule their own full residential consultation at a special HOA rate. By doing so, they can become ARC members and receive ongoing support tailored to their individual home ownership needs.
